Leanne set up mindfulness sessions, open to all and 100% voluntary at my place of work, and whilst I was skeptical about mindfulness I must admit it has helped me in both personal and professional areas of my life. What I have gained is an awareness of how cluttered my thoughts can get, making it difficult to get the clarity in thought and therefore drive to do things that I need to. I’m nowhere near perfect in the techniques but I find myself stopping and consciously stepping back just to get that clear thought process to help me achieve my goals. Just having that awareness now is key to optimising my output. This is important to me in both business and personal life and Leanne provided that learning platform to me as an individual….thanks"
