I have had my own experience living inside of adversity and have come out the other side happy, grateful and inspired to live a positive life and help others do the same.
Professionally, I have worked in stressful environments where the constant demands of the job have people frazzled and not thinking clearly, often affecting and sometimes damaging working relationships. I have experienced firsthand the challenges faced in a dynamic work environment and have seen the consequence of the stress and pressures this brings. I am passionate about promoting the wellbeing of employees and professionals to empower them to function productively and be more self-aware.
